BEYOND 2010
The UP Journalism Club, in its 55th anniversary, brings to you Beyond: Probing the 2010 National Elections. This issue of Beyond discusses the various issues on the upcoming May national elections, and highlights in a personality profile the eight presidential hopefuls.
The 20-pages Beyond, UPJC’s official publication, released last Jan. 13, discusses the hottest election-related topics starting with the automation of polls.
It also talks about the most controversial and anticipated developments in the upcoming elections. Following closely is the prospective presidential candidates and their big impact to the country’s future. Lastly, Beyond also gives light on chronic election issues like voters’ registration, media usage, campaign strategies and electoral codes and laws are their impact on the upcoming May elections.
